Durelay user documentation
This knowledge base explains how to use the Durelay admin experience that is available in the current product release. It describes only behavior that is present in the product UI and independently verified.
Terminology matches the glossary and the public website capability names (Relay Endpoint, Queue Endpoint, Direct Connect, Durelay Edge, Signing Secret, System Event Hooks, Admin Panel Entry management).
Who this manual is for
- Tenant administrators who configure Relay Endpoints and Queue Endpoints (Admin Panel Entry management)
- Administrators who subscribe to System Event Hooks
- Anyone who needs accurate field names, permissions, and known limitations

What this manual does not claim
- CDN and external search for this knowledge base are not covered here. The canonical public documentation host is
https://docs.durelay.com(manual pages at site root). - Features that appear in the UI as placeholders (live Delivery log, Retry) are called out as not available yet—see Current limitations.
- Direct Connect is a verified platform capability (token lifetime via Queue Endpoint Token TTL). Durelay Edge is the first-party Direct Connect client — Install and run Durelay Edge. Config Bundle download may still be unavailable until platform binaries are published — see Current limitations. Admin mint/view of raw Direct Connect SAS tokens is not a dedicated page yet.
